Encounter with the Being of Light, 2006, 12" x 12" x 9", mixed media.

In this work the artist is depicted emerging from the Transcendence Device to find the being of light hovering over him. In order to suggest a scintillating presence, a light is situated above a perforated, motor spun, metal disc.

Once, while using my Transcendence Device, I had a vivid apparition and saw myself in the center of an enormous cyclone. The cyclone whirled around me, and I was in the center of it, unaffected.
